Please bring a bottle of water, and check in with one of our instructors before class starts.

What to wear

We suggest sporting a tee or tank top and comfortable, stretchy pants. You may train with shoes or barefoot.

Are you ready?

Here are some frequently asked questions. Please contact us if you have other questions.

No! Come to class. We each have been in your shoes. We have a saying that the only person who doesn't fall in a capoeira roda is the person who doesn't enter. 


Come anyway! We all started somewhere. No one looks like a pro during their first class. Your body will develop strength, coordination and flexibility as you commit to training. 


Comfortable workout clothes, ideally pants as we kick over each other in class. You can train with shoes on or barefoot. Bring a bottle of water.
